The Consultation
Once you have filled out our contact form, we will reach out within 24 hours to set up a virtual consultation to learn more about your wedding vision and planning needs. Afterwards, we will send you a proposal outlining your estimated investment.
Kick-off
After we are officially booked, meaning, contract and retainer has been submitted, we schedule a kick-off meeting to layout the ground work to begin planning. We will discuss your must-haves, financials, and general design preferences.
Planning
We hold regular planning meetings to discuss our monthly goals and tasks. Throughout the planning process, we'll also schedule various other meetings, including venue tours, showroom visits, tastings, and more.

The Investment
Due to the personalized attention Jessica provides to her full planning clients, she accepts a limited number of couples for this service. To guarantee the best possible experience, we recommend booking 10 to 14 months in advance. Our full planning services are offered at a hybrid rate, combining a flat fee and a percentage-based approach.

Questions
How far out do we need to book?
Full planning clients typically secure their booking 10 to 14 months in advance. For couples who prefer a longer engagement, we also offer extended planning services to accommodate your needs.
Do you Travel?
Yes, we do travel for weddings! We love the opportunity to bring your vision to life, wherever your wedding dreams take you.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! To reserve your date, we require a retainer at the time of booking. After that, your balance can be divided into three equal payments. If you'd prefer a different payment schedule, just let us know at the time of booking.
How soon can we get started?
For Full Planning Clients, we can schedule your initial planning meeting as soon as your booking is confirmed.
How many hours are you on-site?
Every event has unique requirements based on its specific production needs. Generally, we are on-site for 10 to 12 hours.
How do we communicate?
Most communication occurs through our planning portal, with additional correspondence via email. We reserve texting and phone calls for time-sensitive matters.
Will your team set up personal decor?
Yes, we handle the setup of your personal touches for the wedding, including items like photos, guest books, menus, and tent cards. After the event, we’ll also pack those items up for you. We discuss all setup needs in detail prior to your wedding day to ensure a smooth experience.
