Fast forward to 2016…my husband inspired me to pursue a career in wedding planning and turn my passion and love for weddings into a dream job. Prior to starting JDW I spent a decade in the corporate world as a project manager for a pharmacy benefits company, there I honed the organizational skills that I now apply to creating dream weddings.
As a little girl, I loved transforming any space into my imaginary event; weddings were my favorite. Anything I could get my hands on would become decor.

Chris has been with Jessica Deltoro Weddings since day one.
As Jessica's husband, he has played a vital role in supporting the growth and success of JDW. Over the past several years, he has learned how to do everything from setting the most detailed place settings to bustling a wedding dress. Brides appreciate chris' ability to problem-solve and keep cool during weddings.

Lauren's favorite part of weddings is the couple's private dance. She loves when the couple takes that moment alone to take in the final moments of their day.

Devin has been an assistant coordinator with Jessica Deltoro Weddings since 2021. Her role as assistant coordinator is to add an additional set of eyes on the finer details. She helps the lead planner or coordinator in making sure everything is picture perfect for wedding day.
Devin's favorite part of weddings is when the couple choose to write their own personal vows, whether they read it at the ceremony or in private.

Taylor has been with the JDW team since 2021. Her friendly
smile and warm disposition leaves a nice first impression for
your guests as they arrive for your ceremony. Taylor is organized and plays a key role in helping the lead planner or coordinator stay informed with the logistics that are taking place during the set up process and wedding.
Taylor's favorite part of wedding day is the moment the bride walks down the aisle. She loves seeing the groom's reaction to seeing the bride.
