The Consultation
One you have filled out our contact form, we will reach out within 24 hours to set up a virtual consultation to learn more about your wedding vision and planning needs. Afterwards, we will send you a proposal outlining your estimated investment.
Kick-off
After we are officially booked, meaning, contract and retainer has been submitted, your date is reserved on our calendar. You will be given access to your planning portal that you can use as a tool to guide you throughout planning.
Details Meetings
This service includes two meetings. In the first meeting, we’ll establish a general schedule for the day, discuss the layout, and review your booked vendors. In the final meeting, we’ll finalize any outstanding details from the initial meeting, after which your JDW coordinator will contact your vendor team to share the event day logistics.

The Investment
Due to the personalized attention Jessica provides to her full planning clients, she accepts a limited number of couples for this service. To guarantee the best possible experience, we recommend booking 10 to 14 months in advance. Our full planning services are offered at a hybrid rate, combining a flat fee and a percentage-based approach.

Questions
How far out do we need to book?
Coordination clients usually confirm their bookings 4 to 6 months in advance. If you're planning a wedding in a popular month, it's best to book with us as soon as you decide to work together.
Do you Travel?
Yes, we do travel for weddings! We love the opportunity to bring your vision to life, wherever your wedding dreams take you.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! To reserve your date, we require a retainer at the time of booking, and final payment 3 months before wedding day. You may also choose to break up the final payment in 2 payments.
How soon can we get started?
We recommend scheduling the first meeting once you have secured your key vendors—such as catering, hair and makeup, entertainment, and floral—so that you’re well-prepared to start mapping out the day.
How many hours are you on-site?
Every event has unique requirements based on its specific production needs. Generally, we are on-site for 10 to 12 hours.
How to we communicate during planning?
Most communication occurs through our planning portal, with additional correspondence via email. We reserve texting and phone calls for time-sensitive matters.
Will your team set up personal decor?
Yes, we handle the setup of your personal touches for the wedding, including items like photos, guest books, menus, and tent cards. After the event, we’ll also pack those items up for you. We discuss all setup needs in detail prior to your wedding day to ensure a smooth experience.
